Field WorkA typical day started at 5:30 a.m. with loud and lively recorded music. After a light breakfast, we walked to the fields where we worked till about 11. Then a hike back to camp for a shower or go for a swim in the nearby river. Lunch was followed by a tour, a trip to the city or a cultural event. Evenings were filled with music and dancing or a cultural event. |
